OAVS provides delivery & pickup of your equipment throughout the Bay Area or you can come to our will-call location to pick up/drop off your order.

We can also set up your equipment and provide skilled and experienced on-site technicians to instruct you how to operate the equipment or we will operate at your event if you desire.

Payment Policies

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, CASH & COMPANY CHECKS, (no personal checks).

Billing accounts must be set up 7 to 10 days in advance of delivery date, subject to approval.

You can either fax a prepared credit application to us or download ours from our NEW CUSTOMER FORMS.

Multiple Day Discounts

The longer you rent, the better your extended rate will be. This chart demonstrates lower rates for rentals longer than 2 days.

2 Days @ 2 x Daily Rate          3 Days @ 2.5 x Daily Rate
4 Days @ 3 x Daily Rate          5 Days @ 3.5 x Daily Rate
6 Days @ 3.75 x Daily Rate     7 Days @ 4 x Daily Rate
2 weeks @ 6 x Daily Rate        3 weeks @ 7 x Daily Rate
4 weeks @ 8 x Daily Rate        Each added week add 1 day
